From international business development to human-centric design - my background is a patchwork of strategy, creative thinking and campaigning. I’m a generalist at heart: I co-founded an agency, ran a think tank and love the challenge of moving complex projects forward.
I am switching gears to focus on shaping AI that serves humanity.

How others can help me

  • Ponder with me the deep questions around a future with AI
  • Connect with fellow parents: How will AI impact the education of our kids?
  • Who wants to design "Humans of NY" type of series on how people in Berlin view AI?

How I can help others

  • Sparring partnership on impact-driven entrepreneurship
  • Coaching / Mentoring with early-stage impact ideas
  • Pep talks and ways out when energy is low and one is doubting everything

Thank you SO much for taking the time to put this together; I found the mix of actionable recommendations and your own insights into the market to be extremely helpful.

Based on the interactive bit in your slide deck, I followed up with a little solo workshop to make your insights more actionable, and thought I'd share the questions that helped me moving forward. It often happens to me that I read a great post but do not truly internalize the learnings, and I do believe that there's a lot of great stuff in this article worth taking 20min to work on your positioning.

  • SKILLS: Without overthinking it, map out what you believe are you core strengths. Highlight the areas where you believe you have a comparative or absolute advantage in the market. Based on what you know, what are skills or knowledges area where you could built more career capital? How could you do that?
  • VISIBILITY: Looking at your CV, LinkedIn (and other) profiles, are these core strengths of yours visible (enough)? Can you include more of your track record and achievements? Does it make sense to refresh or update your profile tagline to represent better your positioning?
  • PATHWAYS: What are avenues you could pursue to work in your preferred cause area (e.g. job at a corporation / org, fellowship, internship...)? List them as well as the biggest questions or uncertainties you may have. What bet are you making on the trajectory of your cause area and how may you fit in?
  • MAKE IT HAPPEN: Who is doing what you would like to do or work at an organization you'd like to work? Reach out to 3 people this week and ask for a 20min call. Join the conversation: Research communities, conferences and events in your area or online, and aim to take part in at least one this month!

Thank you once again and cheers from Berlin!
