Ronny Chieng strikes again, this time featuring Peter Wildeford and the risks from AI on the Daily Show:
Well handled, Peter! I'm curious how much of that conversation was organic, how much scripted or at least telegraphed in advance?
Ronnie had a bit of a script but also improvised a lot. I had no script, no knowledge of Ronnie's script, and was very blind to the whole thing. But we did many takes, so I was able to adapt accordingly.
Did the not knowing he was in the film come up organically then?
Correct!
Great result I think!
Mentioned many real dangers, gave a pretty realistic outlook, and was approachable and funny without making it all look ridiculous.
Congrats Peter! This is very exciting!
Move aside, shrimp!
